Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm - Motion by Member Decker, 2nd by Member Mancini. Motion carried: 3 aye, 0 nay.

Salute to the Flag Roll call of members

Meeting minutes: The February 16, 2021 meeting minutes were reviewed. Member Erno motioned to accept the minutes. Motion seconded by Member Mancini. Motion carried: 3 aye, 0 nay.

Public Comment: None. Old Business: None. New business:

Mark Brower requested to present a sketch of an intended subdivision on his property on Klock Rd. We did not receive all of the require documents, therefore this will be revisited at a later time. Member Mancini expressed concern over the location of the house Mr. Brower is building, we need to make sure it is appropriate by Town Law before proceeding.

The next regular meeting will be held May 11, 2021 at 7:00 pm.
